This place has the friendliest staff who go out of their way to ensure a great stay. The location is also perfect, with easy access to popular attractions, shopping centers, and currency exchange. It's a comfortable and clean hostel situated in a peaceful area. Families will find it suitable and enjoyable, with facilities and amenities that cater to their needs. Don't forget to try the free coffee and tea!

The air-conditioned rooms at UNEED Cloud 9 were an absolute blessing, especially in the scorching Kyiv summer. I felt so comfortable and cool during my stay.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom situation. But hey, I understand some people might not mind it at all.

Centrally located near main square and metro. Clean with comfortable beds. Good heating. Quiet and cozy atmosphere.

The value for money at Cloud 9 was great, with a comfortable bed and a peaceful sleep thanks to the curtains. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to restaurants and shops. The staff, especially the receptionist, was friendly and helpful, even speaking multiple languages.

The staff were always there to lend a helping hand, even when I mistakenly thought they were invisible. And the property is conveniently located, as long as you have a map and a compass handy.

The nearest airport might as well be on the moon; it's so far away!

The hostel itself wasvery comfy and tidy in a quiet area. I also appreciated the option to leave my luggage after checkout.

The facilities were spotless and the wifi was impressively fast, even outside the hostel. I appreciated the option to leave my bag before check-in, although you have to leave immediately. The design of the hostel was charming, with calming colors and potted plants in every room. The kitchen was spacious and cozy, and the common area felt like home with a great selection of reading materials. a delightful stay.
